What is the Choncc Dome in Teamfight Tactics (TFT)?

A new seasonal Teamfight Tactics (TFT) event is upon us! For fans who loved Lunar Revel, this summer brings a tournament arc like no other. In TFT, that includes an actual TFT tournament game mode. However, for many TFT fans, the more exciting update is the event's new little narrative adventure: the Choncc Dome.

What is the Soul Fighter event?

The Soul Fighter event is one of Riot Games' many seasonal celebrations. However, this will be the first one to span all Runeterra-based games, from LoL to TFT and even Wild Rift. Within several new game modes, players can participate in the Tournament of Souls and offer boons to the arcane entity, God's Eye.

Arena and Tag Duel will be the new event game modes for LoL and Wild Rift. For TFT, though, players will get to partake in Soul Brawl. This is a tournament style version of TFT.

Until August 28th, 20% of all proceeds from Soul Fight Samira, the Soul Fighter Event Pass, and all related bundle sales will go towards the Riot Games Social Impact Fund.

What happens in TFT's Choncc Dome?

This is a narrative event experience for TFT players. It'll likely be quite similar to the Lunar Revel and Gizmos and Gadgets events. You'll accompany TFT characters in a little mini-story, completing different objectives and challenges to push the story forward and get rewards.  For example, you might be asked to spawn a Void Horror 30 times or fire Heimerdinger's turret five times.

Given the name, the adorable Little Legend, Choncc, just might be the star of the show. So if you love the happy glutton, you'll adore Choncc Dome.

Much like Lunar Revel, each finished objective will likely give you star shards, emotes, and more. However, with the recent transition from eggs to Treasure Tokens, it's likely Treasure Tokens will take the eggs' place as event rewards.

Is the Choncc Dome on mobile?

Yes. This is the first TFT seasonal event that players can access on mobile. However, it wouldn't be surprising if the event was still easier to navigate and access on PC, so keep that in mind.
