Riot Games Announces Soul Fighter Event for LoL, TFT, LoR & Wild Rift

Riot Games has revealed a massive cross-game event called Soul Fighter, which will bring new content to four of its titles: League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, and League of Legends: Wild Rift. The event will start on July 20, 2023, and will last for six weeks.

Soul Fighter is inspired by the fighting game genre and anime tournament arcs and will feature a colorful and diverse world where competitors fight to prove themselves on the world’s biggest stage, the Tournament of Souls. The event will introduce new game modes, champions, skins, and more across the four games.

League of Legends

League of Legends is bringing a lot of exciting new content with the Soul Fighter event. You can unleash your inner warrior in the new Arena game mode, where you can fight against other players in a fast-paced and chaotic battle.

You can also meet the newest champion, Naafiri the Hound of a Hundred Bites, a fearsome beast who can devour his enemies and gain their abilities. And of course, you can dress up your favorite champions with the stunning Soul Fighter skins, including the Ultimate skin for Samira, the Legendary skin for Viego, and the Prestige skins for Shaco and Pyke.

Plus, you can join the Tournament of Souls, a unique in-client metagame experience where you can choose your faction and compete for glory and rewards.

Teamfight Tactics

Teamfight Tactics is also joining the Soul Fighter event with a lot of new features and fun. You can play the new Soul Brawl game mode, where you can draft your team from a pool of random champions and items and fight in a series of quick matches.

You can also customize your board with the new Tournament of Souls Arena, and collect the adorable Khaat’Sai Little Legends. And don’t forget to check out the new Tacticians, Chibi Gwen and Chibi Soul Fighter Gwen, who can transform into their Mythic forms and unleash powerful abilities.

Plus, you can earn awesome rewards with the Soul Fighter Event Pass, and enjoy the in-client narrative experience, The Choncc Dome, where you can interact with your favorite champions in a cute and hilarious way. Don’t miss this amazing event that will spice up your TFT experience!

Legends of Runeterra

Over in Legends of Runeterra, a new Event Pass is coming which will bring new Soul Fighter skins for a variety of champions, new Emotes, and new Cardbacks to the board.

Riot Games has also announced that 20% of the proceeds from Soul Fighter Samira skin, the Soul Fighter Event Pass, and all related bundle sales in League of Legends will go to the Riot Games Social Impact Fund, a donor-advised fund account sponsored by ImpactAssets.
