Season Four of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone is going strong. All-new maps, weapons, modes, and more have changed the trajectory of the battle for the foreseeable future, but one of the looming mysteries of Warzone are the red doors which were introduced in the latest season and only referred to via a cryptic, redacted transmission.
Our intel cannot explain the origin of these mysterious red doors around Verdansk, but one thing is certain: They allow you to [[REDACTED]] around the [[REDACTED]]. What’s behind them? Explore and enter them to [[REDACTED]] across the [[REDACTED]].
Red Doors won’t [[REDACTED]] unless you ping them, and after you step through, there’s no telling [[REDACTED]] exiting out the other side… and stepping into a [[REDACTED]].
As the transmission implies, players who drop into Verdansk now have the ability to locate and enter any one of a series of red doors scattered throughout the map. Upon entering, you'll be granted access to loads of loot to level up your arsenal and help secure the win. With such a game-changing mechanic, it only seemed appropriate that we crafted a quick reference map of each red door spawn location.
The Red Doors
There are a total of thirty red door spawn locations found throughout Verdansk. Although the red doors can be found in relatively every quadrant of the map, they appear to gravitate toward the following points of interest:
- Summit
- Salt Mine
- Airport (West)
- Factory
- Stadium
- Downtown (Tower)
- Hills

It's unclear how the presence of the red doors will evolve as the seasons progress or whether or not the red doors will remain going forward in to future iterations of Verdansk. Prior to the release of Season Four, red doors were teased as being spotted within the Hospital, which at the time of writing, is not possible.

We'll keep you updated as the red doors evolve.
