Premier Makes a Return to VALORANT with Changes

Premier, the new VALORANT addition game mode that's part of the competitive scene, is set to leave Beta phase and make its debut this July, with few changes and tweaks. Here's everything you need to know about Premier's return to VALORANT.

In July, Premier will launch under Premier Ignition Stage name. With major changes and improvements to the entire game mode.

First, the enrolment period has been extended to a week, giving users and aspiring talents more time to sort out their teams and sign up for the competition. In addition, Riot Games stated that the developers improved team creation and made it easier. As for the format, queues should be tailored to each zone now. For the tournament itself, playoffs bracket will now update in real-time. And unfortunately, the consolation bracket has been removed.

Premier Ignition Stage is set to make its debut in July, with registrations starting from Jul 11 to Jul 20. The weekly matches will take place from Jul 20 to Aug 12. Playoffs tournament will take place on Aug 13.

Rewards for participating in Premier Ignition Stage will be distributed on August 13. Rewards will include a unique gun buddy, a title and a player card.
