In the fourth week of VCT Pacific league, Global Esports managed to flip the odds and prove the doubters wrong as the team manages to secure their first league win against Talon Esports, hinting at a comeback as well.

With this win, Global Esports broke their losing streak in the league, leaving the Japanese team DetonationGaming Focus Me and Talon Esports as the two remaining teams without a win so far.
Global Esports came into the game with a point to prove, the team had been struggling to find their footing in the competition with multiple losses under their belt. However, their determination never stopped, and this week marked the turning point in their fortunes.
The game started off on a strong note for Global Esports, with the team taking a massive round advantage in their map pick Split. The team showcased great performance from Bazzi and marked LightningFast's first VCT game as he was subbed-in for this map. Despite Talon Esports' attempts and effort to mount a comeback, Global Esports held on to their lead and closed the map in their favor.
The second game, although close, was more of the same. However, LightningFast was subbed-off and Indian's favourite SkRossi was subbed-in to make the difference here. Talon Esports fought back hard, refusing to go down without a fight, but that wasn't enough as Global Esports showed great resilience and teamwork, managing to outperform Talon Esports and get their first league win.
In a post-game interview, SkRossi told the fans to not give up on Global Esports, as the team is doing their best to come back and attempt to make it to the next stage of the competition.
.@skrossigg have some love to send back home! 🇮🇳🫶#VCTPacific pic.twitter.com/jBjbLqJb2u
