All You Need to Know About VCT 2025: Pacific, Americas, EMEA

Riot revealed the official details for the upcoming Valorant Champions Tour 2025 season. The details include changes to the structure, increased team participation, and much more. Here's an in-depth dive into what to expect from the upcoming VCT season.

Valorant Champions Tour 2025 Overview

The new season will see twelve teams per league with the new additions being: APEKS (EMEA), Boom Esports and Nongshim RedForce (Pacific), XLG Esports (CN) and 2GAME Esports (Americas).

The top two teams from each league advance directly to Masters Bangkok where Riot will establish the frontrunners for the 2025 season.

After Masters Bangkok, we will head into the first of the two International League Stages. The top three teams from each League's Stage One Playoff will compete at Masters Toronto. Following Maters Toronto, we will have International League Stage Two. The top two teams from each League's Stage Two Playoff, plus two more teams based on Championship Points, will lock a slot in Champions Paris.

Valorant Champions Tour Championship Points Explained

Championship Points will be allocated across all stages and tournaments, as was the case last season. The goal is to ensure that all aspects of the season are high-stakes and consequential. To establish that, there will be changes, including deeper point distribution at Masters and Playoffs, and making stages self-contained, giving all the teams a fresh start mid-season.
