Twitch Leaks Call of Duty: Warzone Advertisement

Twitch has begun to display advertisements for Call of Duty: Warzone on the homepage of their platform.

Dawn of the final day - streaming platform Twitch has begun to display advertisements for Call of Duty: Warzone on the homepage of their platform. This is almost certainly confirmation of an imminent announcement for the all-but-confirmed Modern Warfare Battle Royale mode.

Around 9:00PM PT on Sunday, March 8th, 2020, Twitch users were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a large advertisement depicting Call of Duty: Warzone behind the carousel of streams on the front page of the website. Long-time Call of Duty fans will know that this is indicative of an announcement in the very-near future.

Twitch is the world's leading live streaming platform for gamers and the things we love. Watch and chat now with millions of other fans from around the world.

Before the advertisement was taken down, COD Tracker was able to obtain the images being displayed and pieced them together in an easy to understand image. Interestingly enough, this appears to be the same key art which was leaked in February that Activision has reportedly taken legal action against.

We've also taken this opportunity to recreate the Call of Duty: Warzone logo as close to the original as possible, given the clear view of the logo in the aforementioned advertisement. It should be noted that our proportions may be off, this is not the official logo - but our attempt to remake it in high quality.

Neither Activision or Infinity Ward have yet to officially announce the Warzone Battle Royale mode; However, if rumors are to be believed, we should see an official announcement and potentially even a release within the next 48 hours. We'll keep you updated, stay tuned to @CODTracker on Twitter!
