Call of Duty League Seattle Home Series Results

The Call of Duty League 2020 Seattle Home Series runs Friday, May 22nd through Sunday, May 24th. Just as the Chicago Home Series was, the Seattle Home Series will take place in an entirely online format.

Amid the chaos of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, Activision Blizzard Esports has announced the cancellation of all currently-scheduled Call of Duty League Home Series events. The league will be moving to an online-only format for the foreseeable future to prevent any health risks to fans and players alike; However, these events will be live broadcasted for those interested in viewing, despite the lack of a live experience.

The Seattle Surge are virtually hosting the Chicago Huntsmen, Paris Legion, Los Angeles Guerrillas, London Royal Ravens, OpTic Gaming Los Angeles, New York Subliners and Minnesota Røkkr in a three-day tournament with 50 CDL Points up for grabs for the winner. Can the Huntsmen join the Empire and FaZe in becoming a 2x home series winner, or will we get a new home series winner? Tune in to find out!

Results

Day 1 of the Seattle Home Series saw close matchups between London Royal Ravens and Los Angeles Guerrillas, as well as Log Angeles OpTic Gaming and Minnesota ROKKR. On the other hand, Paris Legion and Seattle Surge didn't perform as well as many would've hoped. However, with the adjusted online-only format, no teams were eliminated.

Day 2 of the Seattle Home Series was dramatically different, seeing very one-sided matchups across the board. Minnesota ROKKR, Paris Legion, Seattle Surge, and Los Angeles Guerrillas are all eliminated from the bracket due to their losses.

After an intense matchup between Los Angeles OpTic Gaming and London Royal Ravens, the European team continues on in the bracket during Day 3 of the Seattle Home Series. Following these matches, New York Subliners are eliminated from the bracket - leaving the Finals to Chicago versus London.

In a best of 5 matchup, Chicago Huntsmen come out on top, winning 3 of 4 matches played!
