Win new Bruno Mars & Anderson .Paak skins in the Silk Sonic Cup + Free Spray

Get your hands on a selection of new cosmetics early in the Fortnite Silk Sonic Cup.

The Fortnite Icon Series is home to some of the biggest names in music, sport and gaming culture. Since it’s debut with Ninja in January 2020, LeBron James, Ariana Grande, Bugha and many more have joined the exclusive club.

Next up for the Icon Series is Grammy-nominated R&B duo Silk Sonic. If you’re not familiar with them as a collective, you’ll certainly be familiar with their solo careers as Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak.

The Silk Sonic set hits the Fortnite Item Shop at 7PM ET, February 10. Both Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak Outfits will be available, each with a couple of alternate style options.

Additionally, look out for Bruno’s golden Sound Scepter Pickaxe which doubles up as a Back Bling. His partner in rhyme also has his own accessories, including the Boom Bap Pickaxe and Sonic Snare Back Bling.

Stay grooving with the Somebody This Fly Lobby Track, Freedom Wheels Emote, and returning Leave The Door Open Emote. There’s even a brand-new “Icon Radio” station to listen to in-game!

Silk Sonic Cup

Get your hands on both skins early, and more importantly for free, in the Silk Sonic Cup. This is a Duos tournament taking place Monday, February 7.

As usual, teams can complete up to 10 matches within a three-hour window, earning points for eliminating and outlasting opponents. Check out the format below:

Victory Royale: 25 Points
2nd: 22 Points

Prizing

Players who place high enough on the leaderboard will unlock the Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak Outfits, Sound Scepter Pickaxe/Back Bling and Sonic Snare Back Bling. Find your regions cut off below:

Europe: Top 1,250 Duos

NA East: Top 625 Duos

NA West: Top 250 Duos

Brazil: Top 500 Duos

Asia: Top 125 Duos

Oceania: Top 125 Duos

Middle East: Top 125 Duos

If you don’t quite make it, you can still win! Any team who scores at least eight points will get the Silk Sonic Spray as a bonus for playing.

There’s no Arena requirement for this event but you will need to be at account level 50 or higher on your Epic account. You must also ensure that you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled.
