Fortnite fans were delighted to see some of their favorite creators back in the lobby together.
Twitch star Turner “Tfue” Tenney is undoubtedly a Fortnite legend. On top of being one of the game’s most popular streamers, he also competed at the highest level, qualifying for the World Cup Solo Finals and multiple FNCS Grands.
Tfue stopped playing regularly during Chapter 2 Season 3, citing burnout and constant stream-sniping as the main reasons for his departure. He went on to focus on other Battle Royale titles, including Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends.
About to play Fortnite with @Ninja what year is it?

Though he may have hopped on for the odd game or two as part of a Twitch integration, it’s been a while since Tfue loaded up Fortnite for a proper session. But it’s finally happened!
On Thursday, Tfue went live on stream to play Squads with some of the other biggest names in Fortnite history. He, Ninja, TimTheTatman and Cloakzy came together to form the ultimate OG team.
To give you an idea of how long it’s been, Tfue could barely remember his Epic Games login at first. Tim and Cloakzy haven’t been playing either, so the responsibility was mainly on Icon Series member Ninja to lead the pack.
From the very first match, the stream-snipers were back out in full force. “We should just embrace it dude” Tfue joked, but they tried hiding their screens to throw people off.
Regardless, the boys still managed to pick up a high kill Victory Royale in game number two and another win straight after. As for the Chapter 3 loot pool, Tfue and co were especially fond of Spider-Man’s Mythic Web-Shooters.
At time of writing the stream is still live, so I guess we’ll find out later whether this was a one-time thing or not. They certainly seemed to be having fun and the vibes were good, so fingers crossed we’ll see more Fortnite from these guys soon!
