Best Fortnite LAN players!

The FNCS invitational will feature the world's best players in the ultimate 2022 competition. The stage is set in Raleigh for 50 duos who have managed to qualify in the past months. Only one of them will take home $200,000. Who's most likely to be in the spotlight?

Setty & Kami

Iwo "Setty" Zając and Michał "Kami" Kamiński are two professional players aged 19 and 17 for Become Legends. The European duo followed up with crazy performances in their last LAN appearances. They placed third in the Gamers8 2022 duo tournament. They finished the DreamHack summer 2022 in a tie by finishing in first and second place. The hype around these two players is extremely high, we at FortniteTracker can't wait to see them play!

Malibuca & Merstach

Danila 'Malibuca' Yakovenko (Currently player for Galaxy Racers) and Andrey 'Merstach' Piratov are the revelation players of this 2022. These two guys complement each other and can dominate any opponent. DreamHack Summer 2022 was their first IRL event, but they still managed to qualify for the finals by finishing in the 40th and 57th positions, respectively. Both played the Gamers8 2022, but due to some problems, they ended up in two different duos: Malibuca won the tournament as a duo with EpikWhale, while Merstach finished seventh with Frenchman BadSniper. We really expect a lot from this duo, and it will be interesting to see if they can maintain these standards with the best teams from each region!

EpikWhale & Reet

Shane "EpikWhale" Cotton and Nathan "Reet" Amundson are among the best-known players in the world, they are 20 and 16 years old, respectively, and both represent TSM FTX. EpikWhale's first LAN appearance was at DreamHack Anaheim 2020, where he placed in the top 36. He also participated in the Australia Open 2020, finishing in the top 12. He qualified for both world cup finals: top 10 with 4DRStorm in duo and top 3 in the solo tournament. He boasted a top 21 at DreamHack Dallas 2022 and won the last lan Gamers8 2022 event with Malibuca. Reet, unlike his partner, only participated in two events: DreamHack Anaheim 2020, placing in the top 50, and DreamHack Dallas 2022, finishing in the top 19.

EpikWhale is undoubtedly the best LAN player in Fortnite, given his experiences and achievements. Will he be able to triumph again?
