Fortnite OG is moving into Chapter 1 Season 9, bringing back one of the most futuristic eras in the game’s history. The new season goes live on June 25, with a fresh OG Pass, classic map changes, returning weapons, and an Unvaulting Event reward lineup.
Fortnite OG Season 9 Map Changes
Season 9 brings the return of some of Chapter 1’s most iconic futuristic locations. The island is getting major POI updates, including:
Neo Tilted
Tilted Towers is back with its Season 9 makeover. Neo Tilted gives the classic drop spot a futuristic city look, making it one of the most contested areas on the map again.
Mega Mall
Retail Row has been replaced by Mega Mall, giving players a large indoor shopping center-style POI with plenty of loot, close-range fights, and vertical angles.
Pressure Plant
The volcano area has transformed into Pressure Plant, adding an industrial-style location built around lava and machinery.

Infinity Blade
The Infinity Blade is coming back as part of the Unvaulting Event unlock. This Mythic item is one of the most controversial weapons in Fortnite history because of how powerful it was during its original release.

Fortnite OG Season 9 Loot Pool Updates
The loot pool is getting a major shake-up with several classic weapons and items returning. According to the Season 9 promo, the updated loot pool includes:
- Drum Shotgun
- Semi-Auto Sniper
- Tactical Assault Rifle
- Combat Shotgun
- Proximity Grenade Launcher
- Burst SMG
- Grenades
- Storm Flip
New OG Pass
The Fortnite OG Season 9 OG Pass includes remixed versions of Rox, Demi, and The Devourer. Rox and Demi were both part of the original Chapter 1 Season 9 Battle Pass, while The Devourer is a new surprise remix based on the monster from the Season 9 storyline.
