The stars have aligned for Fortnite: GALACTIC BATTLE, and with them comes a stacked competitive lineup ready to challenge every type of player. From the return of Cash Cups to exclusive rewards, this season is all about staying sharp, ranking up and playing smart.

Earn Elite Zadie Through Ranked Cups

Missed out on the elite Zadie outfit? This is your chance to claim it. From 13 May to 1 June, players can compete in Ranked Battle Royale and Ranked Reload Cups. The top teams in each region will unlock the Elite Zadie Outfit.

Even if you don't top the leaderboard, there's still something in it for you. Score 50 points in any Ranked Cup this season and you'll receive the Ranker's Death Star Umbrella, a stylish symbol of your competitive spirit.The stars have aligned for Fortnite: GALACTIC BATTLE, and with them comes a stacked competitive lineup ready to challenge every type of player. XP Now Available in Tournaments

This season, time spent in competitive matches won’t just help your skills, it will also boost your XP. Every tournament now awards passive XP based on survival time, giving players a new way to progress through the Battle Pass or other event passes.

FNCS Pro-Am Community Cups

Leading up to the FNCS Pro-Am on May 10, players will be able to participate in a series of Duos Reload Cups celebrating Fortnite's top icons. Each of these Community Cups is a chance to earn exclusive, champion-themed outfits before they hit the Item Shop on 8 May at 8pm ET.

The featured Cups are:

• FNCS Pro-Am Community Cup - Champion Clix
• FNCS Pro-Am Community Cup - Champion Bugha
• FNCS Pro-Am Community Cup - Champion Lachlan
• FNCS Pro-Am Community Cup - Champion Loserfruit

For those watching from home, tune in to the FNCS Pro-Am on 10 May at 2pm ET via twitch.tv/fortnite or via participating creators' streams. Watch for at least 90 cumulative minutes between 2pm and 7pm ET to unlock the FNCS Emblem Spray via Twitch Drops.

Pro-Am Quests will also go live on 3 May at 9 AM ET, offering XP rewards across multiple Battle Royale experiences.

FNCS Showdown Cups for Division Players

Although FNCS Major competition is taking a short break, players who qualified for FNCS Divisions 1 or 2 in the last season won’t be left out. They’ll be invited to three FNCS Showdown Cups, high-stakes Trios events featuring a two-round format and a single lobby final with cash prizes on the line.

These events will not impact Fortnite Global Championship qualification, which resumes in June.

Console Victory Cash Cups
The Victory Cash Cups are back for console players, with three Duos events scheduled for this season. Once you have qualified for Round 2, you will receive a cash reward for every Victory Royale you win in that round.

These Cups are open to players on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. You can team up with a partner using the same or a different console type.

OG Cups continue
Nostalgia is strong this season with the return of OG Cups, inspired by the original Fortnite experience from Chapter 1 Season 3. These events are designed for fast, fun and competitive matches, giving players more opportunities to prove themselves in classic conditions.

Simple Edit enabled in tournaments
From this season, the Simple Edit feature will be allowed in competitive play. Designed with accessibility in mind, Simple Edit provides a more straightforward method of editing builds. While it limits flexibility compared to traditional editing, it lowers the skill barrier for new competitors entering the scene.

The move aims to make Fortnite's competitive ecosystem more inclusive, without compromising the skill-based integrity of tournament play.
