The community servers are an important part of CS2. The ability to create custom maps and share it with other Counter-Strike players has always been a fantastic addition to the game. Unfortunately, there is no fix to the community servers’ problem. CS2 is brand new and it will take Valve and the community server creators time to launch their servers with a Source 2 engine. However, you can do a few things to stay up to date with the latest additions in the space.
Follow the social channels of community server names you were familiar with in CS:GO. You can reach out to their Discord channel and ask for updates on their progress with the server ports to CS2.

Opening community server is easy in CS2. Here are the steps:
- Launch the CS2 game.
- Click on the Play option on the top of your screen.
- Click on the globe sign beside Practice option beneath the Play tabs on the top.
- Now choose the "Okay" option from the message appearing in front of you.
- The community server window will open.
