In Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, players are granted access to the Music Player, an in-game jukebox-esque system which functions as a native alternative to services like Spotify and iTunes. In the Music Player, players can unlock and queue several tracks from the Black Ops series' official soundtracks to play within the menus and even while in a Multiplayer and Zombies match.
One of the key elements of Treyarch's Zombies mode, since its inception in Call of Duty: World at War, is its original soundtrack of metal music - primarily written by Kevin Sherwood. To unlock these epic tracks for use in the Black Ops Cold War Music Player, you'll need to complete a quest in the Outbreak mode for a chance to unlock the secret tracks.

Prerequisites
- This guide will assume that you have enabled subtitles as that is the most optimal way to complete the Easter Egg.
Obtain the Tapes
Locate the Radio which broadcasts an unknown signal and interact with it to listen to the signal. This will begin a wave of enemies, survive this wave and the radio will then transmit a specific active static noise (see subtitles.)
Next, locate a nearby Amplifier and interact to switch the signal amplification until the active static noise matches the Radio. Repeat this process for a total of three Amplifiers.
Finally, return to the Radio and interact once more to listen to the full signal. Once complete, loot will drop with the chance of dropping a Music Track.
