How to Unlock a Free LT53 Kazimir on Mauer der Toten in Black Ops Cold War Zombies

With the Season Five update for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, Treyarch has added two new features to the previously-released Mauer der Toten round-based Zombies map. In addition to a returning enemy type, the HVT Mimic, a new side quest that rewards free loot can be completed relatively easily. The potential rewards from this quest include...

• LT53 Kazimir
• Perk Can
• Armor
• Salvage

Treyarch initially teased these additions in their Season Five announcement, saying "Added a couple of hidden surprises. ;)" Later on, in the August 17th Patch Notes, Treyarch would once again tease the to-be-solved side quest.

Deposit Equipment

Navigate to the East Berlin Streets and locate the exposed sewer entrance found on the ground near a military vehicle. Repeatedly throw explosive equipment or shoot explosive weapons into the hole until it ejects loot items.

This process can be repeated up to three times in a single match.
