VCT Champions 2023: Teams, Format, Bracket, Schedule and More

The final event of VCT's concurrent season and the biggest event: VCT Champions tournament is in the horizons. Set to kick off in a matter of weeks, this tournament promises high level competition, where all teams will be looking to take the world's best team title. Here's everything you need to know about VCT Champions 2023 Los Angeles.

Teams

VALORANT Champions tournament in Los Angeles will feature sixteen teams from all across the world.

AMERICAS:

• Evil Geniuses
• LOUD
• NRG
• KRU Esports (Last Chance Qualifier)

EMEA:

• FNATIC
• FUT Esports
• Team Liquid
• NAVI (Last Chance Qualifier)
• Giants Gaming (Last Chance Qualifier)

PACIFIC:

• Paper Rex
• DRX
• T1
• Zeta Division (Last Chance Qualifier)

Schedule

• Group Stage:  August 6-13
• Bracket Stage: August 16-20
• Top Four Finals: August 24-26

Format

Group Stage

• 16 teams split into four double-elimination groups
• The top two teams from each group advance to playoffs.
• All matches are Best of Three.

Playoffs

• Eight teams will be randomly placed in a double-elimination bracket.
• Teams from the same group are placed on opposite sides of the bracket.
• All matches are Best of Three, except the Lower Bracket Final and the Grand Final.
• Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final will be in Best of Five format.
