LoL Patch 13.16 Notes - Naafiri and Duskblade Nerf, New Skins and More - TRN Checkpoint

League of Legends Patch 13.16 notes has arrived, ushering in one of the biggest sets of changes, adjustments and other content to the game, just a few patch away before LoL Worlds 2023.

For this patch, only five champions are set to receive nerfs with Naafiri leading the pack boasting a staggering average ban rate of 27.95% across all regions, as reported by Tracker Network League of Legends Insights. Assassin items are also undergoing slight overhaul by nerfing Duskblade of Draktharr, and giving some buff to other lethality items in the game. On the other hand, a large list of champion buffs is coming our way. One of them involves Caitlyn buff that is certain to bolster her strength in the bot lane.
