Ubisoft’s Xdefiant Showcase Will Reveal the Shooter’s Seasonal Roadmap

XDefiant is holding a Closed Beta next week and kicking it off is a presentation all about what players can expect. Two months after the Insider Session of the game, the showcase will reveal plenty of new details about the upcoming first-person arena shooter.

To celebrate the start of the Closed Beta, the XDefiant Showcase stream is set to begin on April 13 at 10:00 AM PT.

The show will cover everything from diving deep into game features, what to expect from the Closed Beta, what factions you'll fight against or join, maps, weapon and gear loadouts, and modes. Yet there's one last feature fans may be most thrilled about. Ubisoft will be revealing the seasonal roadmap for XDefiant. With a release date yet to be announced, a roadmap is one step closer to nailing down when players can jump into the game.

Also included in the special kickoff show will be the reveal of the new ranked mode showmatch. Viewers will be treated with a look at two teams as they fight for the lead in the best of seven matches.

Players will even be able to join in a special question and answer session with Executive Producer, Mark Rubin. This comes on the heels of a Reddit community forum discussing the Insider Session back in February.
