Day 12 and the sixth and final day of the Omega Bracket in the VCT LOCK//IN tournament took place today and here's a recap of all the action!
NAVI 2-0 Leviatan
The first Semifinals matchup of the day was between NAVI and Leviatan. The first map, Ascent, was a close one. NAVI opened the first half winning three of the first four rounds and things were looking good for them. However, Leviatan bounced back and won five straight rounds. NAVI then won three straight to tie the score 6-6 going into halftime. In the second half, NAVI looked super strong and managed to win four straight rounds and then another three eventually. The final score was 13-10 in favor of NAVI.
The second map, Fracture, looked extremely different from the first. NAVI came out of the gate storming and won eleven rounds in the first half, to go up with a score of 11-1. Leviatan won the first round in the second round, but then NAVI won the next two and there was nothing they could do to prevent it. The final score was 13-2.
Leading NAVI were Shao and cNed. The former had a KDA of 33-17-18 through both maps and the latter had a KDA of 31-23-9 through both maps as well. Great stuff from them. On the other side, leading Leviatan was Tacolilla, who had a KDA of 27-28-3 through both maps.
With the win, this means that NAVI have advanced to the Playoffs of the VCT LOCK//IN tournament. Their next matchup will be in the Semifinals against FNATIC. With the loss, this unfortunately means Leviatan are now eliminated from the tournament and sent home.

FNATIC 2-0 100 Thieves
The second and final matchup of the day was between FNATIC and 100 Thieves. FNATIC looked extremely dominant on the first map, which was Fracture. They won eleven rounds in the first half and then quickly finished things in the second half, winning two more rounds. The final score was 13-1.
The second map, Icebox, was a little bit closer. FNATIC won the first half easily with a score of 10-2, but things got serious after that with 100 Thieves nearly coming back by winning eight more rounds. However, FNATIC surged ahead and won three more to secure the win. The final score was 13-10.
Leading FNATIC was Leo, who had a KDA of 33-18-19 through both maps. On the other side, leading 100 Thieves was Asuna, who had a KDA of 27-32-11 through both maps.
With the win, FNATIC advance to the Semifinals of the VCT LOCK//IN tournament where they will face off against NAVI on March 3rd. With the loss, this unfortunately means 100 Thieves are eliminated from the tournament and sent home.
