Day 10 and the fourth day of the Omega Bracket in the VCT LOCK//IN tournament took place today and here's a recap of all the action!
NAVI 2-0 Team Secret
The first matchup of the day was between NAVI and Team Secret. The first map was Icebox. Things were tied at 6-6 at the end of the first half and looking close. Team Secret won the first two rounds to open the second half, but then NAVI had other plans when they then won seven straight rounds to win the game. Absolute dominance. The final score of the game was 13-8.
Things weren't much closer on the second map, which was Pearl. NAVI took a lead of 9-3 after the first half and then just kept on winning rounds. The final score was 13-4.
Leading NAVI was cNed, who had a KDA of 42-26-24 through both maps, as well as an ADR of 194. Great stuff. On the other side, leading Team Secret was JessieVash, who had a KDA of 32-36-8 through both maps.
With the win, this means that NAVI have advanced to the Semifinals of the Omega Group. Their next matchup comes against Leviatan on February 27th. With the loss, this unfortunately means that Team Secret are eliminated from the tournament and sent home.

Leviatan 2-0 Team Vitality
The second and final matchup of the day was between Leviatan and Team Vitality. The first map, Haven, was an extremely close game. Team Vitality took a 7-5 lead after the first half and things were looking good for them. However, Leviatan had other plans in the second half. They won the first two rounds to start things off and then won five more to force overtime. In OT, Team Vitality won the first round and then Leviatan the next. It was tied at 13-13. Leviatan then won the next and Team Vitality won the round after to tie it at 14-14. Leviatan then surged ahead and won the next two rounds to win the game with a final score of 16-14.
The second map, Pearl, was not particularly close at all. Leviatan won the first half with a score of 10-2 and then just kept on winning more rounds. The final score of the game was 13-3 in favor of them.
Leading Leviatan was Shyy, who had a KDA of 52-32-11, as well as an ACS of 304. Incredible stuff from the Sentinel player. On the other side, leading Team Vitality were ceNder and Twisten. The former had a KDA of 38-35-9 through both maps and the latter had a KDA of 39-37-10.
With the win, Leviatan advance to the Semifinals of the Omega Group. They next face off against NAVI on February 27th. With the loss, this unfortunately means that Team Vitality are eliminated from the tournament and sent home.
