VCT EMEA Game Changers: Schedule, Teams, Groups, Format, Bracket and more

Home to last season's champions, VALORANT Game Changers EMEA is one of the most anticipated Game Changers' tournament. Here are all the details you need to know about VCT EMEA Game Changers.

TEAMS

The qualified teams for the first VALORANT Game Changers EMEA series of the season are a mix of invited teams and other teams that made it through the open qualifiers and last chance qualifiers. The invited teams are G2 Gozen, Guild X, NAVI Celestials, NIP GC and CBA. While the teams that made it through the open qualifier are Acend Rising, Falcons Vega, Case Hydra, Untapped, Rebels Velvet, Geekay Cherry, KPI Shine, BBL Queens and Alliance Coven. In addition, KCORP GC and FOKUS Sakura are the two teams that made it through the last chance qualifier.

GROUPS

Group A

Group A will feature the first international VALORANT Game Changers Champions G2 Gozen and NaVi Celestials, CBA, Rebels Gaming Velvet, BBL Queens, UNtapped, Alliance Coven and FOKUS Sakura.

Group B

Group B will feature the runners-up for the EMEA Game Changers title Guild X and NIP Lightning, Acend Rising, CASE HYDRA, Falcons Vega, GEEKAY Esports CHERRY, KPI Shine and Karmine Corp GC.

FORMAT

Group Stage: April 24 - May 9

• Single Round Robin
• 2 groups of 8 teams
• All matches are best of three
• Top 3 teams from each group advance to Playoffs
• Bottom team from each group is relegated to VCT GC EMEA: Contenders - Series #2

Playoffs: May 16 - May 21

• 6 team double elimination bracket
• First seed from each group gets a bye in the first round
• All matches are best of three
• Lower Bracket Finals, Upper Bracket Finals, Grand Final are best of five
