Ubisoft Opens Insider Session For XDefiant

Ubisoft has released an official cross-play insider session for players looking to be one of the first to experience their new arena shooter: XDefiant. The session will be open to players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, and PC where the lobbies will be a blend of players on all three platforms.

This week will feature the following game modes:

• Escort
• Zone Control
• Domination
• Occupy

A new map, Pueblito, will be joining for this week’s playtest. Puebblito is set as a fishing village in the Caribbean nation of Yara. Alongside Pueblito the following maps will be in this week’s rotation:

• Attica Heights
• Arena
• Dumbo
• Emporium
• Liberty
• Mayday
• Meltdown
• Midway
• Nudleplex
• Showtime
• Times Square
• Zoo

This Insider Session will last from February 16th, 2023 10:00 AM PT to February 20th, 11:00 PM PT. There will not be a limit to how much time players can spend in this test phase.

Players that participate in this playtest will unlock an exclusive emoji pack, ASCII. This pack will be available to be used in the future after the event concludes. You can register here.
