The Force Is Strong With the Fortnite Star Wars Anakin Crossover

Fortnite is channeling the Force for Season 2 Chapter 4 of the battle royale game. It seems players will be saying hello there to Anakin Skywalk next week, as the Jedi is officially joining the fight.

A post from the official Fortnite Twitter page shows an image of young Skywalker. The Chosen One can be seen using the Force to move pebbles and rocks on the ground while a fleet of Star Destroyers waits overheard. The most interesting part is it appears players will be getting the Clone Wars version of Anakin. The artwork chosen is rather similar to his design in the animated series that ran for seven seasons.

Anakin will be availalbe on May 2, which is two days before Star Wars day on May 4. As to what other items players will get is unknown for the moment. With the focus being on Anakin there are a few additional things players can get. These may include Anakin's Lightsaber, a unique back Bling, and a glider that could look like his starship.

Anakin will join previous Star Wars skins such as Obi-Wan, the Mandalorian, Leia Organa, and Darth Vader.
