SPOILER: Zavala Details First Encounter With Crow In Leaked Cutscene

SPOILERS, You Have Been Warned

If you are like me you might be wondering how Crow came to be involved in Vanguard Operations against the Cabal Empress Caiatl. Sure Osiris has had his meetings with him in Season of the Hunt but how was he able to get Zavala to even think about trusting him.

Well in a leaked cutscene all of the questions have now been answered. Stop reading now if you do not want this spoiled before the official release.

Here is the leaked cutscene below from The Phoenix:

There is a ton to unpack here. Zavala's restless nights and feelings of being watched can easily be brushed off with just the Crow encounter but with rumors continue to circulate that he may be being influenced by Savathun, I can't help but think there is more at play here than what meets the eye.

And why exactly was Crow in a position this close to Zavala to even recognize a Psion scoping down on him? We have already witnessed him also singing Savathun's song in the new H.E.L.M. location so there is a strong chance these two could have been set up to collide.

All speculations aside, seeing the sentimental side of Zavala was a nice touch. And watching Osiris "parent" Crow will never get old to me. The dialogue we received between the two in Bungies last lore post was one of my favorite moments featuring Crow and I am excited to see how the relationship continues to grow as Crow becomes more in tune with his abilities and destiny.
