Riot Disables VALORANT Map after Players Discover Game-Breaking Exploit

The map will be coming back soon

Riot Games has disabled VALORANT map Split after videos of a game-breaking boost spot were trending on social media. The exploit allows a select batch of agents to reach a location that would give them a massive advantage.

The boost allowed agents like Raze, Jett and even Sage to get free kills and damage without being noticed for the most part. Players complained about the bug for weeks now, and it is now that Riot Games decided to take action and disable Split for the time being. Split will be unavailable on most game modes (Competitive, Unrated, Swift, Spike Rush and Premier)

The disabled map will be replaced by Ascent in Premier as Riot Games work to patch the bug and reintroduce it back into the map rotation. Split will be returning with Patch 8.08.
