League of Legends Patch 13.19 is now available and stands as one of the most important updates of the year. Here's everything you need to know about LoL Patch 13.19.

LoL Patch 13.19 will introduce the following adjustments in preparation for the upcoming LoL Worlds 2023. With the world's best players and teams converging to battle for supremacy, the stakes are higher than ever. Every tweak in this patch will ripple through professional play, reshaping the meta and influencing how top-level players make decisions.

Within this patch, nine champions will receive buffs, while only six champions will have their power toned down, including the newly-released Noxian jungler, Briar. Moreover, there will also be minor tweaks to three items.

In addition, this patch will also add in new skins revolving around the Day of the Dead, in the new La Ilusion skinline.

[new] INCOMING!: Pinging R now tells teammates which enemies are in range.
Bugfix: Fixed a bug where Briar would become stuck attacking the wrong targets if Certain Death's target died during the cast time.

Ranked Penalties for LoL Patch 13.19

Riot Games will also implement a new system that aims to punish players who have shown toxic behavior and disruptive actions. This includes abandoning matches, inting, throwing the game and offensive chat. Players who have been subjected in this punishment will receive ranked restrictions, that will keep you from playing ranked modes.
