Chapter 6, Season 1 brings exciting changes to Fortnite’s competitive scene, from FNCS Divisional Cups to the PlayStation Cup and updates on prizing. Let’s break it down!
FNCS Divisional Cups
On December 7th, the new FNCS Trial kicks off. Trio squads will compete to qualify for one of three competitive divisions. Top 200 trios will earn a spot in Division 1 and battle it out for cash prizes each week.

- Players in Divisions 2 and 3 will have a chance to move up to higher divisions.
- Division 1 players will also qualify for the FNCS Major Play-In Stage later in the season.
- Future seasons will skip the FNCS Trial, and your best divisional placements will set where you start the season.
