Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Release Date Confirmed

After a barrage of rumors, Activision has finally confirmed the release date for their latest Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 title. The game will be ready to play on November 10, 2023. The game publishing giant has released a teaser saying "The ultimate threat awaits".

The 41-second teaser suggests John Price’s voice warning against the impending threat and burying one’s enemies. Although the video is short, it hints at the return of Vladimir Makarov, an infamous villain in the Call of Duty series.

Sledgehammer Games is developing Modern Warfare 3 in sync with various Call of Duty development studios. Thanks to the popularity of the franchise, the MW titles always face high expectations from the community. The Modern Warfare 2 title had great sales numbers, leaving any new title a hole to fill. While Activision are not perfect, we can expect them to deliver with their new MW title.

Trustworthy leaks from Insider Gaming suggest that early access for the game will start on November 2. The beta weekends will start much earlier on October 6-10 for PlayStation players and October 12-16 for the rest of the users.
