Boundary Set To Enter Early Access Phase on Steam From April 13th

Get ready to experience the ultimate zero-gravity shooter game.

Studio Surgical Scalpels and publishers Skystone Games and Huya Games have announced that the highly anticipated multiplayer tactical space-based shooter game, Boundary, will enter Steam Early Access on April 13th.

In Boundary, players will take on the role of Astroperators, heavily armed astronauts, and use the EMU suit to navigate space and orbiting installations. The game features intense zero-gravity combat and a variety of game modes, including team deathmatch and domination. Players will have the option to engage in intense zero-gravity team-versus-team firefights while executing low-gravity operations on orbiting space installations.

On top of that, Surgical Scalpels has announced that Boundary will utilise cutting-edge technologies, such as AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2, to provide players with stunning graphics and smooth gameplay. The developer is also aiming to implement cross-platform optimization, allowing players to engage with friends across different gaming platforms.

According to Frank Mingbo Li, the director of Studio Surgical Scalpels, Boundary will remain in Early Access for six to twelve months. However, as Boundary is only entering Early Access, some features are still subject to change before the full release. The Early Access version will include six degrees of freedom zero-gravity experience, seven hundred levels, and a range of customizable weapons and characters.

The game will be available in three different editions, including the Standard Edition for $24.99 and the Founder’s Packs, priced at $34.99 for the Deluxe Supporter Edition and $44.99 for the Ultimate Supporter Edition. The Founder’s Packs will include limited-edition cosmetics and bonuses that have not yet been revealed.
