VCT Masters Tokyo will not Include Popular Casting Duo

We'll miss them.

VALORANT Champions Tour Masters, one of the most anticipated competitive esports events for the current season, will be hosted in Japan. The event is a part of the VALORANT Champions Tour circuit, Riot Games' global esports tournament series. Masters bring together the top teams from the different leagues in the world to compete for a huge prize pool and attempt to secure qualification to VALORANT Champions Tour Champions event.

A part of what makes these international events are the broadcasting talent that's brought to commentate and cast the exciting games that go down throughout the competition, and a duo of the best casters in VALORANT esports are Tombizz and Mitchman, a duo that the fanbase love and look forward to their casting.

It came as a surprise when Mitch ‘MitchMan’ McBride and Tom ‘Tombizz’ Bissmire revealed on social media that the pair is not invited to Masters as broadcast talent, which the fanbase was not so content with.

MitchMan and Tombizz were present in all major international events, cheering the viewers and delivering a spectacular broadcast. Casters, in general, have a critical role in making an esports event entertaining and informative for the audience, MitchMan and Tombizz excel at that.  For the fans, the pair missing this event can be a disappointing experience. The fanbase have been looking forward to hearing their favourite casters call the game, and without them, the event might not be as good.

Riot Games has not announced the full broadcast talent crew for the upcoming international event, but it is expected to have multiple other casters that are just as good as the aforementioned pair.

VCT Masters Japan starts in about two months.
