Teamfight Tactics Patch 13.13 Ushers in Exciting Changes

It's the first patch of Runeterra Reforged!

In the latest update to the popular game, a series of system changes have been implemented to diversify playstyle options and address early game pressure. The base stage 4 damage has been reduced from 5 to 4, and over 100 augment changes have been introduced.

One of the most impactful changes is to the House Lightshield Region Portal, which has developed its own meta-game. The rate at which the item grants stats has been slowed down, but the max Health bonus has been doubled, making it more balanced for both melee and ranged wearers.

The Challenger trait has been buffed, and the Ionia bonus each Champion gets has been increased. This may seem like a small change, but it will be significant as the bonus is doubled when Ionians become enlightened.

The Piltover set has been nerfed, with T-Hex's power being pushed to the 14 loss streak, rather than the 11-12 loss streak. The rate of conversion for gold when selling her has also been increased.

The Shurima set has been reworked, with the power of Shurima 9 being moved around so it doesn't instantly overpower opponents upon the first Ascension. A unique effect has been added, a second Ascension that is both powerful and visually impressive.

The bonus damage that Slayers get against low-health targets has been increased by raising the threshold of what low-health is to 75% Health. The Targon trait has been given a significant buff, and the Void summons have been balanced with a small nerf to the overperforming and a buff to Shelly’s charge.

In terms of unit changes, Kayle has been given a 10% damage buff to make her a viable late game carry at level 6 and 9. Orianna has also been buffed, with her Command: Protect Shield Power and Damage being increased.

Ashe has been given a scaling buff, and 4-star Kled's durability has been reduced. Sett has been given a boost by increasing his Ionia Health bonus, and Taliyah and Teemo have been nerfed as they were capping off a bit too hard.

In the Tier 3 units, Ekko's healing has been reduced to prevent situations where he can perma-tank. Sona's power has been moved around to solidify her identity amongst the Multicasters, and Taric has been given a light Mana buff.

In the Tier 4 units, Gwen has been given a boost in survivability and damage, while Sejuani and Shen have been buffed to make their 3-star investment worth the difficulty of hitting. Zeri has been nerfed to limit her free backline access damage.

In the Tier 5 units, Bel’Veth and Aatrox have been given a boost in HP, and Ryze's Realm Warp has been reworked.

In terms of item changes, Chalice of Power has been transitioned to a more effective defensive item, and the power floor and ceiling of Guinsoo’s Rageblade have been tightened. Zeke’s Herald has been adjusted to make it a bit greedier for the equipped champion.

The update also includes a series of small changes, bug fixes, and augment changes to improve the overall gaming experience.
