LOUD Stay Undefeated with Win Over FURIA in VCT Americas

The only undefeated team left

Brazilian team LOUD has won their most recent matchup against FURIA 2-0 to stay undefeated in the VCT Americas league.

The first map of the series was Split. The first half was extremely close, with the teams going back and forth. The score going into halftime was tied at 6-6. The second half was where things got interesting. FURIA opened things up with two swift round wins. They now led 8-6. However, LOUD had other plans in mind and won the next three straight, leading 9-8. FURIA then won the next round, but LOUD surged ahead and finished things off with four more round wins to secure the victory. The final score was 13-9.

The second map, Icebox, wasn't as close. LOUD started off the half extremely hot, winning four straight rounds. They managed to win four more to go up with a score of 8-4 at halftime. FURIA didn't stand a chance in the second half as LOUD won five straight rounds to seal the game. The final score was 13-4.

Leading LOUD was aspas, who had an incredible KDA of 48-21-6 through both maps, as well as ACS of 345 and an ADR of 201. Great stuff from the Duelist player, as he proves to everyone that he is one of the best players in the league.

With the win, LOUD are now 3-0 and the only undefeated team remaining in the Americas league. Their next matchup comes against Sentinels on April 21st.

With the loss, FURIA are now 2-1. They will look to bounce back in their next matchup on April 22nd, which will be against Evil Geniuses.
