Pujan “FNS” Mehta, NRG Esports' in-game leader, has announced his departure from NRG Esports' VALORANT team to pursue streaming.

FNS is considered one of the best in-game leaders in VALORANT esports. The veteran competed under Optic Gaming last season, and went on to lead the team to win Masters Reykjavik alongside Victor "Victor" Wong and Austin "Crashies" Roberts. The trio went on to sign with NRG Esports for 2023 VCT season, joining established NRG player Sam "S0m" Oh and former FunPlus Phoenix superstar Ardis "Ardiis" Svarenieks. However, the new NRG Esports VALORANT team was unable to replicate Optic Gaming successes and fell short of expectations despite being called a "superteam".
FNS revealed that he will be focusing on streaming and pursuing it, adding that despite having offers from VCT teams, he just doesn't feel like competing at the moment. He went on to thank his former teammates from Optic Gaming and NRG Esports, and the organizations, as well as the fans for supporting his career.
Following the departure of FNS, NRG Esports is now:
- Ardis "ardiis" Svarenieks
- Austin "crashies" Roberts
- Victor "Victor" Wong
- Chet "Chet" Singh – (Coach)
- Benjamin "Trainer" Bravo – (Assistant coach)
